SP328/SP328P is the latest high-speed mass production programmer of SPI FLASH, which fully supports the high-speed mass production of SPI NOR/NAND FLASH and I2C/MicroWire EEPROMs from domestic and foreign manufacturers. High-speed MCU+FPGA architecture, built-in hardware driver engine and IO dynamic allocations technology, support QUAD (four-channel) mode of SPI FLASH, USB2.0 high-speed (480Mbps) communication interface, use internal memory instead of conventional external SD/CF card Save burning engineering files..., multiple innovations and leading technologies ensure efficient mass production and stability. The actual measurement of a GD5F1GQ4UB (1Gb SPI NAND) requires only 103s (erasing + programming + verification), which is significantly ahead of similar products. The programmer is equipped with the first generation of the programmer control interface (ATE), which supports the automatic programming machine of various manufacturers. Offline programming project files can be downloaded from the computer or loaded from the USB flash drive.

Multiple CRC data verification to ensure that the programmed data is absolutely accurate; Offline storage memory: 2Gb (256MB) (Note: Offline memory is used for system information storage, about 250MB for users to burn data storage) Compared with the conventional SD/CF card to save offline data, the built-in memory chip has the advantages of faster transmission speed and higher stability. Chip insertion start: The placement and removal of the intelligent detection chip can complete the whole process of chip burning without mouse click and button operation, which greatly improves the efficiency of manual programming. Button start: Equipped with a separate start button, each time you press the chip once ATE control interface: Shuofei's first ATE control interface provides accurate and reliable burning machine control signals (BUSY, OK, NG, START), and supports a wide range of automatic burning machines/manipulators from various manufacturers.
Use a dedicated adapter module interface Imported connectors and adapters reduce data transmission paths, reduce interference, and improve burn reliability and service life The software intelligently matches the driving algorithm of the corresponding package according to the adapter module.
FLASH smart erasing technology Automatically match the best erasure algorithm based on data within the chip: The chip is completely empty: automatic skip erase operation; There is data in part of the chip area: only the area with data is erased; Conventional programmers can only use full-chip erase, which greatly reduces the efficiency of mass production programming.
